Do you love Minecraft? In this camp, kids will design a Minecraft world using Legos and clay! First, they will build miniature sets using Lego blocks and other set construction techniques, then they will create their own crazy custom Minecraft characters using blocks of clay to give them the "Minecraft" look. Details are then applied until the characters are ready for the camera. Students will create miniature sets and utilize provided iPods to create their own Minecraft movie utilizing the art of stop-motion-animation and finally… Finally, after the filming is complete, you will choose the music and supply the voice-overs for the characters in their movies. Create monsters, creepers, Steve, or your own personal hero! All student films will be available to view and download online!
