Imagine a world where characters from K-Pop Demon Hunters, Marvel, Harry Potter, anime, and Fortnite all exist together. Participants will work together to brainstorm, script, and star in a unique "Fan Fiction Mashup" movie. Whether they want to play a K-Pop star, a superhero, or a video game avatar, every student gets to bring their favorite pop culture icons to life. In this collaborative filmmaking workshop, students won't just act—they will create their own cinematic universe in a series of 2-3 filmed and produced episodes! Start becoming your favorite characters! What happens when a K-Pop Demon Hunter meets a Fortnite legend? What if the Avengers enrolled at Hogwarts? In this class, the multiverse is real. All projects will be available to view and download 1-2 weeks after the last class.
